A quick energizing recipe to whip up in the morning! For the yogurt I used Wallaby's Vanilla non-fat yogurt, and the apple juice was unfiltered. For the greens powder I used the brand Green Vibrance, which comes in single serving packets. Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt |
11 1/2 g greens powder |
1 medium banana |
1/2 cup frozen blueberries |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/3 cup apple juice |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a blender for 2-4 minutes until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately and enjoy! |
