A simple and yummy start to your day! Ingredients:
3/4 cup yogurt |
1/4 cup milk |
2 bananas, frozen |
3/4 cup berries (your choice, i like blueberries. you can also do a mix) |
ice cube (optional) |
Directions:
1. Pour yogurt and milk in a blender, then add fruit and optional ice cubes. 2. Blend until desired thickness. 3. Enjoy! |
