3/4 cup apple juice |
3/4 cup strawberries or 3/4 cup raspberry juice |
1 cup frozen blueberries |
1 ripe banana |
1 scoop strawberries or 1 scoop raspberry sherbet |
1 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Into a blender it all goes and whirl until smooth. |
