I love the Berry Blast of this smoothie.... my boys and I whip these up in the magic bullet for a quick energy boost. Ingredients:
2 small bananas |
1 cup frozen strawberries |
1 (8 ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt |
3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk |
Directions:
1. Blend ingredients until smooth. 2. Pour into glass. 3. Serve. |
