1 cup nonfat milk |
1 small banana, chopped |
1/4 cup chopped berries |
1/2 cup oatmeal |
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. In a small pan, heat milk until simmering. 2. Add banana and berries, stir, then add oatmeal and wheat germ. 3. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until milk is absorbed. 4. Let stand 2 minutes. 5. Sweeten with honey. |
