This is a recipe my son came up with and it turned out really nicely- we'll be making this again! Ingredients:
1/2 banana |
1/2 cup milk |
2 tablespoons berry yogurt (we used greek style yoghurt) |
1/2 teaspoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon-sugar mixture (the sort you make to put on toast) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. 2. You may want to add a bit less milk and then thin it at the end by adding more milk if it is thicker than you prefer. |
