Another smoothie experiment gone right! Yummy! Course this could be more like a milkshake. Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1 banana |
1/2 cup strawberry |
1/4 cup blueberries |
1/4 cup cottage cheese |
1 tablespoon honey |
splenda sugar substitute, to taste |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Blend together in blender. 2. Drink! |
