YOU CAN'T TASTE THE BEANS! Flavorful and moist, adapted from the original /grandmas-banana-nut-bread-recipe-r273617 Ingredients:
1 t margarine |
1 c splenda no-calorie |
2 eggs |
1 cup mashed bananas |
1 t vanilla |
1 t baking soda |
1/2 t salt |
1/2 c whole wheat flour |
400 g or 1-1/2 cups great northern white bean puree (or any light colored bean) |
1/2 c chopped walnuts (or any nut) |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas. 2. Add all other ingredients except nuts, mix well. 3. Stir in nuts. 4. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 for 45 minutes. |
