Ingredients:
2 tbsp margarine |
1 cup skim milk |
2 eggs |
1 cup (2-3) mashed bananas |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
1 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt |
100 g (1/2 cup) wholemeal flour |
257 g cannellini beans (1x 415g can, drained) |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mash bananas. 2. Puree beans with milk. 3. Mix bananas, puree, melted margarine and other ingredients. 4. Add chopped nuts. 5. Bake in grease and lined loaf tin at 175 degrees Celsius for 45-50min. |
