Ingredients:
2 raw bananas |
4 slices bacon |
2 slices bread |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Peel the bananas and slit both bananas lengthwise. 2. Wrap a bacon strip in each piece and secure with a toothpick. 3. Now grill these pieces. 4. Remove the crusts from bread slices and cut into four triangular pieces. 5. Fry these in hot oil. 6. Place grilled banana bacon on fried slices and serve hot with sauce. |
