a great breakfast treat, just ask the kids! or with fried chicken and a big salad for a meal. Ingredients:
125g flour, sifted |
5 ml baking powder |
pinch salt |
2 large eggs beaten |
200ml milk |
50ml oil |
125g chopped and crisply fried bacon |
1 410g tin corn, drained |
2 bananas sliced |
Directions:
1. sift flour, baking powder and salt 2. make a well in centre 3. beat the eggs, milk and oil 4. gradually add to flour, beating until smooth 5. (thick cream consistency) 6. stir in bacon, bananas and corn 7. heat oil and fry spoonfuls of mix three to four min. oneither side until golden. 8. drain on absorbent paper towels - keep warm 9. Make a meal by adding some fryed chicken and a green salad |
