Banana Apple Morning Squares

My own adaptation on classic applesauce banana bread by shelly in illinois, I felt I made enough changes to record it myself =] I used 2 individual servings of cinnamon applesauce, and organic white flour
Ingredients:
3 bananas, ripe and soft
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup applesauce, sweetened and cinnamon
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute, original
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
walnuts (optional)
Directions:
1. preheat oven to bake 350.
2. mix bananas until soft, add brown sugar.
3. in a separate bowl mix baking soda, baking powder, flour, and salt.
4. add applesauce and egg beaters to banana, mix well.
5. stir in dry ingredients.
6. pour into nonstick baking dish ( I use a 9 inch nonstick rectangular cakepan).
7. bake for 30-40 min at 350.
8. let cool and then cut into squares.
