A very healthy way to start the day. This is not an overly sweet smoothie, so if you want add some honey. I like it just the way it is.
Ingredients:
2 small bananas (or 1 large banana)
7 fluid ounces ice cold milk
1 tablespoon rolled porridge oats
2 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into the blender, mix for approximately 30 seconds.
