From The Natural Menopause Cookbook. I have made the 2 hours freezing time the cooking time.
Ingredients:
1 banana (100g 3 1/2 oz, ripe)
250 ml soya milk (8 fl oz)
1 mango (small)
Directions:
1. Peel and slice the banana, then place in a freezerproof container and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Peel, deseed mango and dice.
3. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food prodessor and blend until thick and frothy and then pour into serving glass.
