A great recipe for beating stress! Ingredients:
1 banana |
2 kiwi fruits |
200 ml skim milk |
Directions:
1. Peel and slice a banana. 2. Put it into a freezer-proof container and freeze for minimum 2 hours or overnight. 3. Peel and chop the kiwi fruits. 4. Place the banana, kiwi and milk in a blender. 5. Process until smooth. 6. Serve chilled! |
