Ingredients:
1 banana, ripe
1 cup milk, cold
1 -2 scoop low-fat vanilla ice cream
1 -2 graham cracker
Directions:
1. Blend banana and milk in a blender for 20 seconds.
2. Add ice cream and Graham Crackers and blend again on high until smooth.
3. Drink up!
