Vegetarian Indonesian noodles Ingredients:
80 grams of noodles |
1 cup of capsicum |
1 cup of celery |
1 cup of carrot |
1 sliced onion |
2 cups of sliced cabbage |
1 clove of garlic |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon oil |
150 grams vegetarian sausage |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook noodles til tender, set aside. Slice onion, capsicum, celery and carrot. Shred cabbage. Mince garlic. Beat egg with a little water. 2. Heat a wok and brush with oil. Fry onion, add garlic, and sliced sausage, toss. Transfer to a bowl. Brush wok again with oil. Add celery, capsicum, carrot and cabbage and stir fry for a few minutes. Add noodles and sausage mix. Season with soy sauce and pepper. Add chilli to taste. |
