Bamboozled Berry Cheesecake Shake |

Ingredients:
3 scoops vanilla ice cream |
2 ounces whole milk |
1 tablespoon berry compote, plus more for topping, recipe follows |
1 slice prepared cheesecake with graham cracker crust |
1 ounce berry-infused vodka, optional |
whipped cream, for garnish |
1 cup blackberries |
1 cup blueberries |
1 cup raspberries |
1 cup strawberries |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In a blender, add the ice cream, milk, berry compote and cheesecake. If an adult version is desired, also add the berry-infused vodka. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Transfer to a glass and top with whipped cream, berry compote and serve. 2. This recipe was provided by a chef, restaurant or culinary professional and may have been scaled down from a bulk recipe.
