Better than anything you'll ever get in a store
Ingredients:
3/4 c balsamic vinegar
2 tbs dijon mustard
1tsp dried basil or 1tbp freshly chopped
1 tsp dried parsly or 1 tbp freshly chopped
1 1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp minced shallot
1/4 tsp minced garlic
1 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Pulse all ingredients excep oil with 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper in a food processor untl combined.
2. With the motor running, add oil in a slow stream and process until combined.
3. Transfer to an airtight container, chill until reading to use.
4. Will keep up to two weeks, makes about 1 1/2 c dressing.
