From the California Kosher cookbook. Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 scallions, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken, coating thoroughly. 2. Marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours or more, turning occasionally. 3. Bake for 60 minutes in 180 C oven, or until tender. 4. Bake for an extra 5-10 minutes on 250C if crispiness is desired. |
