This may not be strictly a vinaigrette since it contains no oil whatsoever. From Your Inner Skinny: Four Steps to Thin Forever by Joy Bauer. Only use about 2 tablespoons on your salad. This will keep about 1 week in the refrigerator, if tightly covered. Ingredients:
1 garlic cloves, minced (1 teaspoon) or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon water |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. 2. Alternatively, place ingredients into a small jar, with a tight fitting lid; shake to combine. |
