Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing |

Thick and creamy, not too tart with just a hint of sugar. Ingredients:
1 quart balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon fresh thyme |
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1/4 cup fresh garlic |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 tablespoons sugar (or splenda) |
1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
2 1/2 quarts salad oil |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in food processor except oil. Blend while slowly drizzling oil into the processor. |
