This dressing is a little different because it is made with pomegranate molasses. Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup shallot, minced |
1 teaspoon thyme, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
fresh ground pepper |
1 pinch sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except oil, pepper and sugar. 2. Whisk in olive oil. 3. Taste for salt and pepper. 4. Add sugar if needed. |
