I was taught this recipe at a cooking class, I've been hooked ever since. I'm always told to make it for dinner parties when salad is on the menu! Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon shallot, minced |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 lemon, juice of |
2 cups olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk. |
