A nice vinaigrette for mixed green salads. Ingredients:
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 teaspoons shallots, minced |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh oregano, minced or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Shake all ingredients together in a container with a tight lid. |
