My mother got this recipe from a friend and made it the other night. I loved it and asked her for the recipe. I am posting it on here so that I don't lose it. Ingredients:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a screw-top jar. Cover and shake. 2. Serve over whatever mixed salad greens you prefer. |
