Found on Epicurious. Best made with an aged, balsamic vinegar. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
salt & freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, mustard, garlic. 2. Add the oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. |
