A great hunger blaster without a ton of added fat! Very flavorful, fast, and easy. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water |
1 -2 tablespoon light mayonnaise |
1 small tomato |
1 -2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Drain the tuna and put into a small bowl then mix in mayonnaise. 2. Slice tomato and lay pieces of tomato on top of tuna mixture. 3. Drizzle on the balsamic vinegar. |
