Spinach never had it so good! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed drained and squeezed dry |
2 cloves garlic, cut into slivers |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in sauce pan. 2. Saute garlic slivers in oil. 3. Add spinach and coat with oil and to heat through. 4. Put spinach in serving bowl and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. |
