1 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon shallot, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon honey |
2 tablespoons fresh sage |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 egg whites (for emulsification) |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except shallots and garlic- add separately. |
