Super easy side dish to brighten up a steak or some fish. Ingredients:
250 g vine cherry tomatoes |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
maldon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 200°C Place the tomatoes in a roasting tray and drizzle with the oil and vinegar. 2. Season and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the tomatoes are cooked. |
