Balsamic-Glazed Pork Tenderloin Ingredients:
2 pounds pork tenderloin |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoon brown sugar |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375 2. Rince pork under cold water. Trim excess fat 3. season with salt & pepper 4. Heat large skillet. sear each side to brown entire surface. 5. remove meat from pan, set aside on warm plate 6. add vinegar to skillet, stirring to scrape any cooked bits of meat from skillet 7. reduce heat to medium; stir in brown sugar; mix well to make a glaze. 8. Return tenderloin to skillet; spoon glaze over meat 9. place pork in a small roasting pan. 10. roast for 20 minutes 11. remove pork from oven; allow to rest for 5 minutes. 12. pour pan drippings into skillet, heat to boiling, reduce heat to meduim, let simmer for 2 minutes. Drizzle over top of meat |
