Ingredients:
1/2 cup pine nuts |
1 (0.5-ounce) package pesto sauce mix |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
8 cups mixed salad greens |
Directions:
1. Bake pine nuts in a shallow pan at 350°, stirring occasionally, 5 to 10 minutes or until toasted; set aside. 2. Combine sauce mix and next 3 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over salad greens, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with pine nuts, and serve immediately. |
