From my recipe files. Ingredients:
1/3 cup olive oil |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
3 tablespoons white wine |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute garlic in olive oil, being careful not to brown. 2. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Stir in balsamic vinegar and wine. Cook for 2 more minutes. 4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
