Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette |

I have not made this yet, but will be using it on mixed field greens with bacon, canndied pecans, and goat cheese. Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup pure maple syrup |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 large shallot, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large jar with a tight lid mix all ingredients. 2. Cover and shake well. 3. Refrigerate up to 1 month. Shake well before using. |
