Just a hint of balsamic vinegar adds a lovely dimension to this no-oil added hummus. Serving size is approx 2 tbsp. Update: If you decide to freeze this (as I just did), you'll need to blend it with a small amount of water once it is thawed - otherwise it will be too dry!) Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chickpeas, canned |
3 tablespoons tahini |
3 teaspoons garlic, chopped |
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons soy sauce |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor. 2. Blend/process until smooth. |
