So simple! Ingredients:
1 green bell pepper |
1 red bell pepper |
1 large vidalia onion |
1 zucchini |
1 yellow squash |
10 ounces balsamic vinegar, dressing (we prefer newman's own) |
Directions:
1. Slice all veggies into large slices, put into a large bowl. Toss liberally with balsamic dressing. Transfer veggies to the grill basket (or you could use aluminum foil packets). Grill over medium heat to desired doneness (10-15 minutes for slightly al dente veggies). |
