Pair grilled peaches with a balsamic glaze and blue cheese crumbles for a delicious summertime side dish that pairs well with pork. Ingredients:
2 large firm ripe peaches, halved and pitted |
cooking spray |
3 tablespoons balsamic glaze, divided |
4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. Place peaches, cut sides down, on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 3 minutes. Turn peaches; brush tops and sides with 2 tablespoons glaze. Grill 3 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper; drizzle with 1 tablespoon glaze. |
