1. Salt and Pepper Pork Chops and set aside. Combine Balsamic Vinegar and Honey in a small pan and cook until slightly reduced (approx. 1/4 cup remaining). Add butter and Rosemary. Stir over the heat until the butter is melted. Remove from heat. 2. Cook pork chops on the grill and use the Balsamic sauce as a glaze while grilling.
