Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
tomato halves, broiled |
crumbled goat cheese |
fresh basil leaves, torn |
Directions:
1. Bring balsamic vinegar to a boil in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10 to 15 minutes or until reduced to 1/2 cup and a syrup-like consistency. Remove from heat; cool completely. Drizzle over broiled tomato halves topped with crumbled goat cheese and torn fresh basil leaves. |
