Can't remember where this came from but have been making it for years. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, mild & fruity |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
cracked pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix garlic into the oil and rest for several hours to remove the harsh garlic edge. 2. Add the other ingredients and shake well in a jar. 3. The dressing should be used within several days or refrigerated, as garlic will go rancid. |
