This is a much healthier alternitive to the store-bought bottles. It may not sound healthy, but trust me it is, I have lost 10 lbs. just eating this and lettuce and chicken. Ingredients:
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
Directions:
1. 1. Add all the ingredients into one bowl and stir. 2. 2. Pour 1/2 of it onto lettuce. 3. 3. Add Grilled Chicken (optional). 4. 4. Enjoy your salad. |
