Quick, easy, and seriously yummy! (Can also be broiled in the oven) Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
splash olive oil |
3 tbsp sweet chili sauce |
1/2 tsp dried rosemary |
1/2 tsp. pepper |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Seal in a ziploc bag and marinade in fridge for 3 hours to overnight. 2. Grill on BBQ (medium low), while basting, for about 10 minutes per side, or until no longer pink inside. |
