Balsamic Cabbage and Sausage

The flavors of balsamic vinegar, garlic and spices blend to make this a favorite at any occasion! I designed it on a whim one day when I was craving balsamic vinegar. Hubby loved it.
Ingredients:
20 cheddar little smokies sausages, cut into thirds
1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 cup red cabbage, shredded
3 garlic cloves (or more)
2 tablespoons dried sweet basil leaves
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
3 tablespoons orange juice, fresh
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce (optional)
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a large fry pan and sautee at high heat until cabbage is crisp tender.
2. Plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
