Balsamic Broiled Asparagus |

This tasty side goes well with pasta or with grilled steak, pork, or chicken. Ingredients:
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place asparagus in an ungreased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Brush half of the mixture over asparagus. 2. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 8-10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Brush with remaining mixture. Yield: 4 servings. |
