Balsamic Braised Mushrooms |

Serve chilled or warm. Ingredients:
3 cups button mushrooms |
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons sugar |
salt |
Directions:
1. Rinse and dry mushrooms, set aside. 2. Wisk remaining ingredients together to make a vinaigrette, adjust seasoning to taste. 3. Toss mushrooms in vinaigrette until evenly coated. 4. Place mushrooms in a single layer on a parchment lined baking tray. 5. Bake in 325 degree oven one hour or until mushrooms apear carmelized. |
