Easy weeknight dinner. Serve with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli or Green Salad. Enjoy! Ingredients:
3 lbs beef roast, boneless |
salt and pepper |
2 tablespoons herbes de provence, dried |
4 garlic cloves, smashed |
1 cup balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium high heat. Cook beef in skillet, turning beef about 5 minutes, or until all sides are brown. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and herbs de provence. 2. Place smashed garlic in slow cooker; place beef on top of garlic. Pour vinegar over beef. Cover and cook on low heat 6-8 hours, or until beef is tender. |
