I purchased a bottle of balsamic vinegar and it was really strong. I created this recipe to do beef kabobs for a church family camp and they were great. Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/2 cup water |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Marinate beef 8 hours. |
