1 pound asparagus, trimmed |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 cup pre-shredded fresh |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Place asparagus in a microwave-safe dish; cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drizzle with vinegar and oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese. |
