Yum! Ingredients:
asparagus (at least one lb.) |
olive oil |
balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Wash, and snap off tough ends of asparagus. 3. Sprinkle a jelly roll pan with olive oil. 4. Place whole asparagus on the oiled pan, and jiggle a bit to coat lightly. 5. Bake about 10-15 minutes, or until tiny wrinkles begin to appear on the asparagus. 6. Remove from oven, and immediately sprinkle with balsamic vinegar, again gently shaking the pan from side to side to coat. 7. Serve immediately. |
